Electric bass guitar that has roots in the original designs of Michael Tobias and was introduced over 10 years ago, bringing real innovation to modern bass players. It features the classic ergonomic body shape that bassists find so easy to play, providing a focused, ‘finished’ sound that has all the punch of an upright bass with all the clear detail of an electric. Body of the instrument is made of radiata pine wood, bolt-on neck with extended joint with recessed bolts/washer and metal, fully adjustable truss rod is made of hard maple. Rosewood fingerboard has 12” radius. Scale length is 863.6 mm, nut width is 42.672 mm. Bass guitar is equipped with two Tobias TBT Dual Rail Humbucker pickups (neck and bridge) that can be set and adjusted via one Master Volume and one Master Tone control, 1-pickup blend with centre detent, and Active Tonexpressor Bass Enhancement Control with 9V battery and inside cavity cover. Instrument further features premium die-cast machine heads (17:1 ratio), knurled, all metal knobs, a flush-mount, low-profile, fully-adjustable bridge and ABS truss rod cover with black finish at body end.
