Pocket SCÍON is a compact, portable device that reads biofeedback signals from contact with living organisms. These signals are processed by an internal sound engine, which transforms them into evolving soundscapes, MIDI data, and biofeedback information accessible through a companion desktop app.

With Pocket SCÍON, anyone can create, shape, and explore music—no prior musical experience required. While it functions as a fully self-contained, plug-and-play instrument, advanced users can take advantage of its MIDI and OSC outputs to integrate it into studios, installations, and multimedia projects.

The device also comes with a collection of exclusive instruments, developed in collaboration with Tarun Nayar (Modern Biology) — an ecologist, musician, and longtime user of our Eurorack-format SCÍON module.
