Louis Tomlinson is an English singer-songwriter from Doncaster, England. Rising to fame as a member of One Direction, one of the world’s best-selling boy bands, Tomlinson launched his solo career after the group went on hiatus in 2016. His debut single, Just Hold On with Steve Aoki, reached number two on the UK chart. Tomlinson has since released two solo albums: Walls in 2020 and Faith in the Future in 2022, the latter debuting at number one in the UK. Known for his indie pop and Britpop influences and praised for his lyricism, Tomlinson has toured internationally and was nominated for Best Live Act by Rolling Stone UK. He is active in philanthropy, founded the streetwear brand 28, and curates the indie music event Away From Home Festival.
