Handheld wireless microphone transmitter that works with Shure’s QLX-D digital wireless systems. With 24-bit digital audio quality, incredibly efficient RF spectrum usage and an interchangeable KSM9 microphone cartridge, it is ideal for wireless vocals in presentation spaces, music venues, and houses of worship. It provides quick syncing with a wireless receiver over IR at the push of a button and delivers clear, uninterrupted signal over the entire operating range. The transmitter also offers the AES 256-bit encryption for secure transmission and does not require any gain adjustment over 120 dB of dynamic range. Other features include 1 or 10 mW selectable RF output power, frequency and power lockout, and backlit LCD with easy to navigate menu and controls and selectable display mode showing group/channel, frequency or battery runtime. The transmitter has rugged metal construction and provides external charging contacts for docked charging (when used with optional SB900A lithium-ion rechargeable battery). It offers up to 9 hours of continuous use with 2 AA alkaline batteries or up to 10 hours of continuous use with Shure lithium-ion rechargeable batteries (not included).
