Not only one of the greatest guitarists on the planet, Tommy is also a wonderful individual and a true friend, and we have been privileged to have him as an long-time ambassador of AER amps. It was therefore only natural – and perhaps somewhat overdue – that we come up with something special for Tommy. Developing a signature amp for Guitar Player magazine’s two-time „Best Acoustic Guitarist“ was no easy task, as he has famously only played our amps „as is“ – whether it be Compact 60, Alpha, Domino. No tweaks, no hidden secrets, no double overhead camshaft, no Dellorto carburetors. Rather than piling on a list of additional features that Tommy himself has never relied on, we chose instead to give his amp a truly personal feel with focus on this homeland, his mentor and one of the most impressive life tunes...
