The 18 x 12-inch wood shell with attractive black finish matches the PD-10X and PD-12X V-Pads. Custom chrome lugs, claws, and spurs complete the professional appearance, sharing the same core design as the flagship KD-22 kick pad.

An innovative pad sensor built into an acoustic drumhead delivers natural beater response. The enlarged trigger area supports both single and double kick pedals as well as short beater settings, with an included KDP-5 patch to reduce wear.
