Ordered an acoustic guitar which was discounted because it was used as a demo model in their showroom. One minor dent was honestly shown in a more detailed picture on their webshop. But upon arrival the dent looked even smaller in real life, you really have to look for it. The guitar was also well packaged. The delivery took unfortunately a bit longer than hoped, 13 days from Czech Republic to the Netherlands, but this was because of the lack of communication from the transport company. According to the transport company the dimension of the parcel was bigger than specified in their general conditions and would therefore require manual intervention. I only discovered this after contacting the transport company asking why there was no progress visible anymore in the tracking details after 7 days. But Muziker did resolve the shipping issue and took care that the guitar was delivered in the end.
