Job for a Cowboy is a death metal band from Glendale, Arizona, formed in 2003. The group gained attention with their debut album Genesis in 2007, which reached number fifty-four on the US Billboard 200. Their second album, Ruination, released in 2009, peaked at number forty-two on the same chart. The current lineup features vocalist Jonny Davy, guitarists Tony Sannicandro and Al Glassman, and bassist Nick Schendzielos, with Davy as the only original member. Job for a Cowboy has performed at major international festivals such as Sounds of the Underground, Download Festival, Mayhem Festival, Summer Slaughter, Graspop Metal Meeting, and Wacken Open Air.
