Chinese ink. A waterproof Chinese ink traditionally based on a solution of shellac and distilled water. Inks containing shellac were banned in the past due to their harmful processing - however, the manufacturer Renesans managed to find a new production method that is allowed and more health-friendly (currently only 2 manufacturers worldwide use it). This makes it possible to use shellac in the production process and give the ink a truly maximum blackness. The blackest black! Excellent for calligraphy and drawing.
