Audio-Technica BP898cW Dynamisk lavaliermikrofon

The BP898cW is the wireless-ready variant of the BP898 subminiature cardioid condenser headset microphone, replacing the standard TA4F connector with a cW 4-pin connector for direct compatibility with professional wireless bodypack transmitters that specify this connector type. All acoustic characteristics of the BP898 are preserved in the cW variant, delivering the same cardioid directional pickup, subminiature boom design, and speech-range frequency response in a configuration ready for wireless production use.

cW Connector for Multi-Platform Wireless

The cW connector enables the BP898cW to integrate directly into wireless systems from various manufacturers without requiring adapter cables, expanding the range of compatible wireless platforms compared to the TA4F-terminated BP898. This flexibility is valuable in touring theatre, broadcast, and live event productions where wireless systems from different vendors are used across performer inventory.

Cardioid Headset Performance

The subminiature cardioid capsule delivers directional voice pickup with moderate off-axis rejection, maintaining the BP898's advantage over omnidirectional headset alternatives in live monitoring environments. The adjustable boom and ear hook provide stable mounting for active performers, and the cW cable and housing weight are optimized for all-day wear comfort.
