Canson Pad 1557 Sketching Sketchbook 50 A5 120 g

Sketchpad for dry techniques. Hiding beneath its apparent simplicity, 1557 is a rather sophisticated paper. The grain is neither too smooth nor too prominent, providing a subtle surface perfect for sketching, drawing and other dry techniques.

This paper is ideal for precise technical drawings with graphite or coloured pencils. 1557 paper retains pigments well and allows unlimited shading and gradients.

This bright white paper is designed to accentuate contrast and allows colours to really stand out.

Both surface and internally sized, 1557 paper offers a remarkable resistance to repeated erasing without degradation.
