Fender California Deluxe Redondo Jr. E WN Natural Mahogany elektroakustisk gitar

Fender California Deluxe Redondo Jr. E – Compact Dreadnought Power

Designed for musicians who travel without compromising acoustic voice, this junior‑sized dreadnought offers a surprisingly full tonal spectrum. The Fender California Deluxe Redondo Jr. E packs a solid Mahogany top and scalloped X‑bracing that drive dynamic response. A short 24" scale shortens reach while keeping string tension supple. Integrated Fishman CD‑1 electronics provide low‑noise amplification and a built‑in tuner, making the instrument stage‑ready in seconds. The guitar’s lightweight build encourages long‑hour playing without fatigue.

Standout Features

What truly separates this model is the combination of an Okoume neck finished in satin urethane and a walnut fingerboard with a 12" (305 mm) radius, delivering a super‑smooth feel across the entire fretboard. Scalloped X‑bracing under the Mahogany top enhances resonance, while the Fishman CD‑1 preamp captures the natural acoustic nuances for transparent live sound.

Scale & Playability – Comfortable Reach

Players benefit from a reduced scale length that eases chord changes and bends, especially useful for extended sessions.

• The 610 mm scale length shortens hand stretch, making chord changes easier.
• Nut Width: 43 mm — standard spacing for familiar finger positioning.
• Fingerboard Radius: 305 mm — moderate curvature balances chord comfort and single‑note clarity.

Body & Tone – Warm Projection

The solid Mahogany top coupled with laminated Mahogany back and sides delivers a warm, balanced tone that fills a room despite the guitar’s modest dimensions.

• Mahogany top wood contributes rich mids and sweet sustain.
• Back & Sides: Mahogany — reinforces low‑mid warmth.
• Body Bracing: Scalloped X‑bracing — maximises top vibration for dynamic volume.

Hardware & Electronics – Reliable Stage Gear

Robust hardware ensures tuning stability, while the Fishman CD‑1 system offers a clean, plug‑and‑play signal path.

• Okoume neck wood offers lightweight strength, ideal for the short scale.
• Electronics: Fishman CD‑1 preamp with tuner — low‑noise, on‑board tuning, volume, bass, and treble controls.
• Tuners: Sealed die‑cast — secure, precise pitch adjustments.

Who Is It For

The on‑board Fishman tuner snaps to accurate pitch in under three seconds, keeping performance seamless.
