Graham Coxon, born in 1969, is an English guitarist, singer, and songwriter best known as a founding member and lead guitarist of Blur. Recognized for his distinctive, inventive guitar style, he has contributed to all of Blur's studio albums, though he appeared on only a few tracks of 2003's Think Tank. Since 1998, Coxon has pursued a solo career, producing and playing nearly all instruments on his records. In addition to his music, he creates artwork for his own albums and designed the cover for Blur's album 13. Widely regarded as one of the most talented guitarists of his generation, Coxon has been acclaimed by critics and fellow musicians alike, earning a spot as one of the top guitarists in recent decades.
