TC Helicon VoiceTone H1 — Guitar-Guided Vocal Harmony Stompbox

The TC Helicon VoiceTone H1 brings real-time vocal harmony to solo singers and acoustic performers in a single stompbox. Plug in a microphone, connect a guitar (or set the key manually), and the pedal generates one or two natural-sounding backing voices that follow the lead vocal. The unit reads chord information from the connected guitar and shifts the harmony intervals to stay in tune as songs progress.

Inside the rugged die-cast metal chassis sits the same quality processing found in TC Helicon's flagship VoiceLive rack units, paired with a clean, low-noise mic preamp. The Mic Control function turns the effect on and off remotely when used with a TC Helicon MP-75 or Sennheiser e835 FX microphone. A ground-lift switch eliminates hum from problematic AC power setups.

Balanced XLR microphone input and output handle the main signal path, while a 6.3 mm instrument input reads the guitar for chord detection and a matching output passes the guitar signal through. A Mini-USB port handles firmware updates via the VoiceSupport application, with no MIDI or audio streaming over USB.
