This 212 has a mix of Celestion Vintage 30 & G-12H Anniversary speakers in a closed-back design. It was developed especially for the Sheriff series amplifier heads.

The Vintage 30 is a very efficient (100dB), relatively powerful, large-magnet (Ceramic, 50 ounce) 12-inch driver. Clear highs, projecting upper mids and strong bottom end make it a favourite with players who like modern gained sounds and/or high headroom cleans with minimal speaker breakup/distortion. Here it’s paired with a Celestion G-12H Anniversary (also 100dB), noted for its contribution to classic ’60s and ’70s rock: plenty of bottom-end tightness, top-end clarity, punch and aggression.

A portable powerhouse rig when paired with The Sheriff 22 & 44. Also works well with VX The Kraken, RD1 and BD1.
