Henry Mancini, born Enrico Nicola Mancini on April 16, 1924, was a celebrated American composer, conductor, arranger, pianist, and flutist. He is renowned for his iconic film and television scores, including "The Pink Panther Theme," "Moon River" from Breakfast at Tiffany's, and the Peter Gunn theme.
