The Restarts are a street punk band from London, formed in 1995. Originally a trio, the band has seen several lineup changes over the years, with founding members Darragh O'Neill on drums and Kieran Plunkett on bass, joined initially by Mik Useless and later by guitarists Alan Campbell and Robin Licker. Known for their energetic live shows, The Restarts have toured extensively across Europe and the US, sharing stages with acts like Born/Dead, Limp Wrist, The Accüsed, Strychnine, Dr. Know and Monster Squad. Beyond their music, the band is recognized for their political engagement, with members actively involved in grassroots activism.
